The Parks Foundation of River Oaks (“Foundation”), a non-profit organization registered in Texas, has established this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate a commitment to the privacy of your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”). The Foundation may request information from you when you:

This information is used to contact you about news and information pertaining to the Foundation and River Oaks city parks.

To remove your PII from our database so that you do not receive further communications, you can click the opt-out button at the bottom of any of our communications or contact us via the email address given on the Site.

The Foundation may use “cookies” on this Site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a website visitor’s hard drive to help improve access to a site and identify repeat visitors to a site.
